How long do I need to wear the Bio-Collagen mask for it to work?
Because this is a deep-infusion mask and not just a surface soak, we recommend wearing it for at least 1 to 2 hours, or until it turns completely transparent. For the ultimate "glass-skin" glow, many of our customers actually sleep in it! It won't slip off or mess up your pillow—it stays perfectly in place.
Is the bioKleanse Wand safe for sensitive skin?
Absolutely. We use medical-grade, non-porous silicone that is much gentler than traditional nylon brushes. You can also adjust the sonic vibration intensity to find exactly what feels comfortable for your skin. If you have active breakouts or redness, use the lowest setting for a gentle, soothing cleanse.
Can I use the wand with the mask at the same time?
Yes! In fact, we highly recommend it. After applying your mask, use the Thermal Massage mode (the heated back of the wand) to gently press over the mask. The gentle heat helps the collagen essence melt and penetrate your skin even faster.

How do I clean my bioKleanse Wand?
It’s super easy. Since the wand is 100% waterproof, just rinse it under warm water with a little bit of your regular soap after every use. Pat it dry with a clean towel, and you’re good to go. No replacement heads are ever needed!
Does the wand come with a warranty?
Yes! We stand behind our tech. Every bioKleanse Wand comes with a 1-year limited warranty that covers any manufacturing defects. If it stops vibrating or charging, we’ve got you covered.
